Alexander R. Wells

Alexander (Alex) R. Wells is an associate attorney at Parker, Grossart, & Bahensky, L.L.P. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, business transactions, business formations, corporate governance, agricultural business law, water and natural resources law, and real estate law.

Given his agricultural background and active involvement in his family farm, Alex is particularly passionate about assisting farmers, ranchers, and agri-business owners with succession planning and business structuring to promote long-term operational stability, growth, and family continuity.

A native of Holdrege, Nebraska, Alex maintains strong connections throughout South-Central Nebraska. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, graduating with distinction and as a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law in 2025, where he was a member of the Rural Law Association.
